From Chicago Radio, it was a simple transition to voice over acting. Now, I have my own professional home studio. My resume includes spots for Glade, Tylenol, Honda, Buick and United Airlines. In addition, I have voiced thousands of commercials, narrations, business, internet and e-learning projects. I have also narrated two audio books for ACX.

I wanted to take this page to share a bit about who I am. What exactly is a Communications Specialist? Well, in my case, it’s a writer, an investigative reporter, an editor, a producer, a marketing guru, a presenter and a voice over actor. Self-driven, I am always looking for my next project and eager to begin something new. I consider myself a problem solver, being able to think outside the box to provide a solution that may not be obvious. Whether working in teams or independently, I have had great success in managing tasks to completion. I am efficient, reliable, creative, happy, enthusiastic and somewhat of a perfectionist (though not when it interferes with being efficient!) Personally, I’ve been married to my husband forever and I still consider myself the luckiest girl alive. We’ve been blessed to have lived in some amazing places: from downtown Chicago (where I was born and raised) to the top of the mountain in Telluride, CO. Then onto Newport Beach, CA (where I was NOT an Orange County Housewife!) And now? Paradise…otherwise known as Kona, HI. In my spare time, I enjoy stand up paddling, tennis, hiking and weightlifting.
